When I try to list I get an error that says package dimensions incorrect. I haven’t been able to list for 3 days. This is happening with all listings. Dimensions are correct. Cleared cashe Tried on phone and computer. Anyone else? EBay just keeps telling me to wait 24 hours
Always check that dimensions are in metric and are properly identified as grams and not kilograms. (Based on my own silly error)

Awww, you're guilty of the fauxpas also? Guilty as charged too. In eBay's hindsight it's too bad the assorted eBay tools (Listing creation, Calculator tool, eBay Labels) don't use identical formats/options.
In just now doing a test Regular Parcel (for those that choose to use) is no longer visible with the eBay Calculator tool. It displayed a few days ago. That service has also been removed from eBay labels.
Regular parcel is the first service displaying for your set of Corning coffee mugs followed by expedited. That "could" be what is causing the conflict. Strangely in listing creation Regular is still a choice.
If you are using business policies, removing domestic UPS Standard as a service should allow you to revise or create listings again until this is fixed.
I am having the same problem. I am using sell similar to refresh old items. UPS previously worked, and now it says I am over dimension ( I am not). The only work around I can find is to remove UPS altogether, which drives up prices for some of my Canadian shipments.
