Listing Traffic History Erased -WTH?
Just checked my selling listings this mornings and ALL the previous traffic history got erased. Zero views on everything, even the listings with a few watchers. What the *** is going on?

OP1 year agoUPDATE: As of last night, the views of my listings have been restored. For what I can tell, it's working OK (at least for now).

·1 year agoThere is currently some technical issues on the ebay.ca domain. Since yesterday (Sept 17) when I click on solds or any item specifics, nothing happens, and the browser debug mode shows multiple web server errors. Any update form ebay on this? It works fine on ebay.com only ebay.ca seems to be effected. So I can no longer view any solds.

·1 year ago@devon@ebay Do you have any info on this issue plus any others that are currently requiring follow up? Adding the thumbs up just leaves users in the dark as to what is going on regarding current eBay tech issues.

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies! Thank you for reporting this issue. There is a sitewide issue with sellers listings views count being dropped to zero. There is an open ticket to have this resolved as soon as possible under ALERT16193.

I have 2100 listings currently. When I sort (ascending) my views column in sellers hub approx. 500 listings have views. I believe views get purged every 30 day period now. My total traffic for Canada last 30 days is down approx. 600 views based on my normal average since removing US shipping. (25 days)
