I saw $1.15 for the new at counter single stamp
For anyone interested in a trip down postage memory lane. Not sure of some of the original eBay sellers from day 1 were around for the first prices? Maybe?? 😄😆😁
I don't know much about history but boy the cost of sending a letter has gone up over time. Anyone remember when it was 10 cents forever? I sooo miss Light Packet Air to everywhere it went!!!

I looked it up. This means the Registered Mail fee will increase from $9.75 to $10.50

·2 years agoAll mail services are getting the same treatment. For example, regular U.S. 30g letterpost is going to 1.40 and International to 2.92
The new rate tables are provided in the last Gazette.

Anything I sold then (or bought) was never close to lettermail size.
I don't think a boxed Transformers Jetfire would fit into a small envelope or a bubble mailer. 🤔
