Lost 100 listings ...
I first saw a post on reddit saying they are loosing listings today.... I just checked and it seem about 100 listings disappeared.
I hope this is a temporary bug? Seems to affect a lot of people. Check your listing numbers....

·1 year agoas i have posted here many times i lose about 25 listings every month or so and have to do a manual check just to see what they !@#$%^uckuped this month and then start over with those listings new pictures new listing -- i have just come to accept it as the way ebay works sometimes very rarely they show back up two weeks later then i have delist the new ones i just posted very time consuming -- but it is what it is it just now is part of my month end inventory of old listings against this month listings see what ones are sold what ones are lost and what ones come back

OP1 year agoYes, I think it should be back.
I think it's because yesterday, there was so much relisting to do (all the users x 3 days of relisting) that it took a bit more time than usual.
This is why we noticed it.

OP1 year agoHere's something weird that I see. I don't know if related.
In my Active listings on my seller panel.
On the search on my store

That is a built in eBay glitch. Has been for months. eBay is aware of it but refuses to fix. Took me ages to get an explanation. When it does the totalling of your active listings it does not include number from last page of your store. If you set to 200 multiply by number of pages - 1 and then do a listing count of last page you should be close to exact. Only variance is any caching going on with ebay listings that don't relist in real time.
PS. I have tested on several occasions my own listings and it's bang on unless I lose count going down that last page.

Hi @lotzofuniquegoodies! I know that this is something that has been pointed out by many sellers and I have passed it along to the Product team. I will reach back out and see if there is any update or insight that I can share.

Most likely caused by the month end roll over of listings. All 29th, 30th and 31st ending listings get moved to the 28th due to it be a short month. I just went thru and ended all of mine for those dates. Calling it a clean up listings project. In my case it was close 200.

OP1 year agoOk, I see the amount going up in my Active listing. So I guess, their automation is rolling today.
I will wait a bit and see. I have some items ending in 15 minutes. I will verify them directly.

OP1 year agoI can confirm.
I don't know if it's normal or if they fixed something, or whatever....
But I can see the numbers of my "search listing" going up too. A mix of Caching + relist automation seem to be what is happening here.
