Head's up for anyone that sells things that fall under the new CPSC regulations that went into effect today (toys and clothing, mainly). There's a ton of reports coming in that items shipped via eIS to the States are not making it across the border - the order is being cancelled, the buyer is getting refunded (but you also get to keep the money), and eBay is stating they will liquidate the items in an attempt to recoup some of their money.I have to imagine this is costing eBay (specifically eBay Canada) a ton of money at the moment. I would expect them to fully turn off eIS on a bunch of categories until they figure out how to deal with this better (if they ever do).RIP Canadian toy sellers (and possibly clothing sellers too, but the majority of the reports I've seen so far have been for toys).
