Need help. Canada Post label purchases on eBay are temporarily unavailable

Hi everyone,
I just made my first sale on ebay, i'm happy with it but i'm already face a strange situation. I have choose in the listing to use Ebay Canada post label to ship to europe, but when I sold my first item (to Netherlands) and went to print the label, there was this message from Ebay: "Due to EU customs reform regulations, Canada Post label purchases on eBay are temporarily unavailable for this destination. To complete your shipment, please purchase your shipping label directly from a carrier."
This country ain't in the list that Canada Post can't ship it right now, on the Canada Post website it is possible to ship to this country. Ebay is probably not updated. Why I can choose this option if they claimed after a sale that it ain't possible?
They offer me to print a FedEx label instead for 88,52$ while the buyer only paid 11,83$, so I would loose money chosing this option. On the Canada Post website, it is possible to get it ship by plane without tracking for 14,09$... can I choose to buy this label directly from Canada Post even I have choosen in the listing to buy from Ebay? Would it be a problem?
It maybe is a entry level question, but I'm learning how it works and some aspects aren't that simple.

·2 weeks agoYou are in Montreal, so I suggest you ship by ChitChats. It will cost you around 14 CAD by PostNL with tracking (the infamous new EU fee of $4.85 included).

I don't know ChitChats yet, at first glance it seem a shipping business as Canada Post or FedEx and I just realized there's an office in Montreal not to far from home. I'll go there tomorrow to see how it works... very interesting.
So I assume that it ain't a problem to use any shipping business even if I have choose to buy Ebay Canada Post on the listing...

·2 weeks ago@devon@ebay Another example for your records. Buyer can pay for discounted CP service. Seller is unable to purchase a label due to recent blocks to certain countries requiring fee be collected from seller by Intl customs.
