New to ebay international shipping question to why its not showing everywhere

Hi all, just started with eis, my items are apparently showing only to a limited list of countries. I made sur to remove all my country blocks . It is not even showing for Japan and New zeland, countries where I use to ship.... The drop down menu and text shows US, Europe and US territories. nothing else. But the exclude location text shows only a couple of blocked countries. I am confused, any ideas?

It explains in the FAQs what countries are currently supported. They've said they will be expanding to more counties, but it hasn't happened yet.
