In almost 20 years selling on eBay I've shipped to Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, S. Korea (1), Philappines and I believe even Malaysia & Guam. NEVER China. In Canada we just buy from them based on Country of Origin with EVERYTHING I have shipped.

Does eBay send to China?

The Services allow specific applicable inventory items to be delivered from the United States to buyers located in China. Buyers whose addresses are located in China will be eligible to see all inventory items that meet the following conditions: Inventory items are listed on eBay.com.

Pretty sure if you are in N. America you are low on their totem pole for your signed copy of a Stephen King book or any book for that matter.
