"No services available" to get a label for international shipping since Aug 2!
Summary: nicolaim is facing an issue with obtaining a Canada Post shipping label through eBay for an item sold on August 2nd, as it shows "No services available." Despite multiple participants not experiencing similar problems, with some suggesting clearing cache and cookies, the issue persists particularly for shipping to Israel. The discussion points out ongoing maintenance by Canada Post and recent shipment restrictions to Israel, which might be related to the difficulties encountered by nicolaim. However, an updated alert suggests services to Israel are available now.
I sold something Aug 2, but haven't been able to get a Canada Post label through eBay.
It says "No services available".

Says "We're doing some maintenance right now" for customer tools and developer APIs since Aug 2.
Are others having the same problem?
I don't really want to ship via Canada Post's site as it'll cost quite a bit more.

Have you tried clearing cache & cookies? Even a restart at times does the trick. Printed a label last night. No issues.
Just checked the CP status page. They are temporarily down for maintenance. Just may need to wait a bit and try later.

·1 year agoI believe I've read a thread not long ago about CP services not available to ship to Israel:
Why has the Ebay system suspended shipping to Isra... - The eBay Canada Community
But the updated alert page from CP shows that service is available now.

·1 year agoNo problem here. I have printed a few of international labels since Aug 3 (Poland, Italy, Australia). The last one 5 minutes ago.
Maybe try to change the browser. Also verify the recipient's address - it's often causing problems.
Last week I got an error and was not able to print because of such an insignificant error:
"Auvergne -Rhône-Alpes" instead of "Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes". Imagine!
