Not all sizes available in new size dropdown menu?
Summary: troys_toys1 raised an issue regarding the unavailability of some sizes in a new dropdown menu. flipistics suggested contacting the catalog team via email, specifically noting that the issue pertains to eBay Canada.
eBay has added a new dropdown for sizes that does not include all sizes, I have a pair of jeans waist size 33 and this dropdown does not have a 33 nor can you input a custom size, so I am now forced to list these incorrectly. Does anyone know how to fix this? Sometimes I think the developers are just bored and start fixing things that don't need to be fixed, I really don't see how this feature was neccessary to add.

But 33 seems like a normal jeans size.
Sigh.
Workaround - put the size in the Title as well as the description and maybe Condition Description?

·2 months agoYou can try emailing the catalog team (sdsupport@ebay.com). Make sure you specify that it's for eBay Canada.
