Password retrieval for phone. Can anyone help me? | Selling

On my desktop ebay works fine for all accounts. Passwords saved. Somehow on my ipad and iphone it logged me out and I can't remember what the passwords are. I have it written down in a couple of places, the one I found doesn't work. I then went to Google to check my passwords and the google password doesn't work. This drives a 74 year old woman crazy. Any suggestions?
