Phone Number For ebay, please.
Can someone give me a telephone number? The chat device doesn't even refer to my questions; it just continues to repeat the same useless information.

·1 week agoYou can get better advice here from experienced sellers than from eBay's minimum wage call centre clerks.
The usual problems we see from newbies like yourself are:
You haven't been paid.
EBay puts a 30 day Hold on customer payments for new and occasional sellers.
You have to ship even though you have not yet received your payment.
Are you registered for Managed Payments? Without that eBay cannot transfer the money to your chequing account.
Your buyer has opened a Not Delivered Claim.
Enter the tracking number in the Claim. EBay wants you to be involved not passive.
If the item really has not been delivered, you must actively refund or eBay will and you will get a Defect
At this point, any Defect will kill your eBay career.
Your buyer opened a Not As Described Claim
Send a return shipping label. USPS labels can be purchased through Shippo.
Do not refund until you have the item back in your hands.
EBay charged fees on sales tax and shipping and your profit is lower than expected.
That is the payment processing standard and has been since the 1950s.
If you have a different question, ask it here.

·1 week agoIn the Bot, just keep entering - Speak to an Agent. Then click Call Me when it pops up. They respond very quickly. Much better than WordPress which stinks!

·2 weeks agoIn the chat, you can type "agent" (several times, if necessary) and it eventually refers to you to get a call from an agent (or a chat with a live agent).
In another thread, it was reported that you can reach them at 1-866-540-3229. Online info shows that this line is to report fraud cases only, and nothing else (?)

·2 weeks ago · EditedeBay customer service does not have an incoming phone line.
You can request a call back through the AI Assistant (during some hours).
You could try asking your questions here. If it's about getting paid for the camera you sold check this page:

FYI - If you find a number online it is almost certainly a scam number
