Pitney Bowes mail station: how does it work with new duties prepaid for shipping to USA? | Selling

Anyone here uses hardware stations for shipping to the USA? I seldom ship books using a Pitney Bowes SendPro C500 which uses the PitneyShip Pro software for international shipment (linked to a Canada Post account), and I have received no information whatsoever from the company about anything related to the new PPD with Zonos. Also not one email from Canada Post either about that [only about their labour issues], which I find very weird...Before I try to get PB on the line (I don't have that much of a good relation with their customer services), I'm trying to see if anyone else is in the same pickle.
