Recent communication from Canada Post to post offices:
Small and Extra Small flat rate boxes will be increasing in price effective May 5, 2025.
Extra Small: $17.99 --> $18.99 ($1 increase, or 5.27%)
Small: $19.99 --> $21.99 ($2 increase, or 10.01% [ouch])
If you regularly use these boxes it may be wise to stock up. Reminder that the flat rate boxes can be ordered directly from canadapost.ca in cases of 12 (free shipping).
Pretty much all the mailing/packing supplies Canada Post sells are increasing as well, but I doubt anyone here is purchasing those.
Medium and Large size flat rate boxes are staying the same price (for now, anyway).
