Problem buying an ebay shipping label

Hi all, I'm having problem with the shipping hub and wondering if it's just me. When I go in to buy my label I am getting this error:
"Sorry, we were not able to generate the label. Please make sure the parcel size is within allowed limits, and both addresses are correct."
The box is 16 x 14 x 14cm and 450g - so it's not a sizing issue and both addresses are correct.
I started off trying to buy a UPS label and having no luck with that I defaulted to CP and getting the same error. I should note that I had to go in and edit the postal code - which had a number and letter reversed and correct the city spelling - not sure if that would trigger something?
I tried using a different browser, using the bulk option and taking the space out of the postal code with no luck. I also called ebay in case it was a known issue but apparently it's not - or at least I'm the only one who has complained - anyone have any ideas??? I bought a label a couple of days ago with no problem so it's something new and wonderful, I just don't know what...

·2 weeks agoThere should definitely not be any issues with the postal code or city spelling. Does it show as an international order (ie, does it have the little world symbol) or does it show a little delivery truck? An eIS order should show the world symbol. When you go into the order, does it state that it's being sent via eBay International Shipping? I'm wondering if someone has entered the hub address manually (or tried to), maybe in the hopes of getting it forwarded without paying the costs or something. My scam senses are tingling a little on that one.
If it is legit and there's some sort of eBay issue, for your location you could buy the label through Click Ship (slightly more expensive than Expedited Lite for that size package but easier to use) or Shipping Chimp (probably slightly cheaper, have to enter everything manually).

OP2 weeks agoit's going to Saskatchewan - not showing eIS or International Shipping
I'm guess the postal code and city error fix is triggering some sort of page error that is preventing the label from validating so it looks like it is Netparcel and Canada Post for this one which is too bad, UPS on ebay was a good chunk cheaper!

·2 weeks ago · EditedAh, by Shipping Hub I thought you were referring to sending it internationally with eIS. Since it can't go out until Monday anyway, shop around for prices. It may really pay off for you in the future. Any of NetParcel, Click Ship, Shipping Chimp, or EasyShip can be cheaper for any given shipment.
Heck, for where you're located there's also Stallion Express and Chit Chats.

·2 weeks agoMake sure you click the "accept button" on the bottom left of the page. On the CP site - I am not sure about UPS. If you do not click it, everything will remain greyed out.

OP2 weeks ago · Editedyea, it won't let you try to buy the label if you don't click the button! I click the accept button and hit buy label but I get an error message instead of a label :)
