Purolator tracking not updating on ebay despite full and normal updates on Purolator website | Selling

Is anyone else having trouble with manually entered Purolator tracking numbers not updating on ebay? It's happened 7 times now starting beginning of April, prior to that it worked fine.What am I doing wrong? What do I do? They all do not update beyond "Tracking number provided" except for one which strangely says on ebay:Mon, May 62:05amGUIA NO EXISTEWed, May 16:36pmTracking number provided Both Purolator domestic and Purolator US Ground are broken
