Quarterly shipping supply coupon
Your quarterly coupon may have reached you. Anyone know if the shipping supply store has a back up shipping method? Their new handling time is 15 days. Still showing as Free Standard Shipping w/o a specific service.

·10 months agoNo current backup, the response (Oct 7) when I asked if they would be shipping during the strike was:

In response to your inquiry, we will be shipping during the postal strike. Unfortunately, at this time the only carrier we use for shipping is Canada post. As such, the parcel will be processed once the carrier resumes service after the strike is ended.

Also, ordered last night and got the CP tracking number this morning. Estimate given is Wed, Oct 29 - Wed, Nov 12.

OP10 months agoReceived the same cut and paste response about shipping during the strike. They also stated that there was a chance of more options (breaks on quantity) down the road but they have been saying that for years. Now down to 24 items so very slim pickings from a Canadian's perspective. Not holding my breath.

OP10 months agoIt appears they use their own CP account so waiving the discount that comes with eBay labels/access to Expedited Lite.

·10 months agoI placed my order from last quarter on August 29th - received a Canada Post ship notification and tracking number, but obviously it hasn't updated beyond "electronic information submitted by shipper".
I highly doubt they'll use an alternate courier. I don't think there was ever any evidence of them doing so during the strike last December.
