Questions on how to fill out the CUMSA Certificate (received from Stallion) | Selling

Since Stallion is going to take 2-3 days to get back to me, I'm wondering if anyone knows... They want three things, Exporter, Importer and Producer. Exporter is me.Producer I'm assuming is the manufacturer of the item (which will be in the SKU I created) Who is the importer when you sell on eBay? It's a different importer with each sale, but it's not looking like I need to do a new certificate with each sale, or do I? I was told by Stallion that once they approve my certificate one time, that SKU is good to ship items to buyers. C.
