Removing some of my listed items using WL - does it take a while to show on eBay? | Selling

I am removing some items on one of my eBay stores using a 3rd party listing service (WonderLister) which makes the changes for me, and the changes are not showing up on eBay yet. The items can no longer be found on eBay using search in my hub but total numbers listed have not changed. Does this happen once a day or something when eBay does some kind of an update? I'm trying to bring my total listings down to below 250. Anyone know?
