Restricted Account permanently
My selling account has permanently restricted because the buyer said the package didn't arrive.
Eventhough the USPS said it was delivered.
This is the first time happend after selling 1 year with EBAY and my account just closed permanently.
I have chat with EBAY and she said the decision is final.
Anyone has this problem? I am so disapointed.

·3 years agoThe OP was selling OTC pain relief from Costco and some toys.
If a new/occasional seller does not cooperate (ie refund immediately) I suppose eBay may decide to shut them down for poor customer service.
It won't do the OP any good, but if the USPS delivery number was not promptly entered into the Claim (even though eBay already has it) then they have not provided Proof of Delivery.
Is Kirkland/Costco a VeRO member?
One of the ingredients of the back pain meds may not be OTC in the USA.

So there is that.

·3 years agoI suspect there is more to this story than just a case of item not received...I suspect there is "the rest of the story", somewhere that we members are not being told..However, because new sellers and/or sellers returning to eBay after a lengthy absence are subject to discretionary measures by eBay including suspension, due to the nature of the items they are listing/selling and/or a past history of issues/problems,etc,etc...we may never know what is really behind this account restriction...

·3 years agoI'm sorry to hear that. It is unusual to have an account suspended because of an item not received case. I've never heard of that happening so there may have been other factors which eBay wasn't specific about. Did you have other claims? When the buyer opened the claim did you enter the tracking number to show delivery?
