CORRECTION
On review this is an EIS feature. If you have "No Returns" EIS automatically replaces it in other countries with 30 day returns. Domestically or with no EIS your "No Returns" is shown at the top of your listing. I didn't notice this before so am leaving the topic up in case others haven't either.
If you have manual return info typed into your template descriptions (outside of the Returns Option Selection Window) that repeat with the category and youre opted into EIS you might want to delete them.

Previous post: If you use templates and have Return Policies in Business Policies you should check the top of your new active listings to see if the return policy you intended is on your listing.
Mine are defaulting to "30 Day Returns"regardless of the policy I select when I list items.

·5 months agoIf you use eIS,and your policy is No Returns, then you are agreeing that you will refund without a return.
Because No Returns does not mean No Refunds.
But apparently, eIS always wants the product back - I guess because they recoup some of their losses on Claims by liquidating those returned items.
Using eIS is a Seller Protection against INR claims.
Accepting, even insisting, on No Refund without Return as a policy tends to reduce the number of NAD claims.

OP5 months ago@reallynicestamps @Thank you for clarifying. I find it's hard to keep up with policy particularly when eBay reps have become ghosts. As Lotz points out in the labels thread even what is printed in Help is not to be taken as gospel . EIS is so different than shipping direct I feel I shipping blind sometimes
