Seller charged fees after reporting buyer requesting off-platform payment — support guidance issue

I came across an issue like this as a sellerAfter I accepted the buyer’s offer, the buyer messaged me asking for shipping money to be sent back to her outside of eBay. This is against policy and raised clear fraud concerns.I contacted eBay support before shipping to ask how to handle this safely. I was not guided to a safe cancellation method.
