Sending to USA with UPS United States

I'm doing it, guys. Taking the risk for the good of humanity (ok, maybe I'm over-exagerating, but hey.... I'll give it a shot).
I will let you know how it goes.
First it's a Magazine made in USA.
- 4902.90 = In USMCA. Should not be tariffed.
- Made in USA = Clearly stated in Magazine and in COO.
- Used UPS United States. Sent EDI by eBay Labels (No need of any paperworks attached)
- Valued at less than 2500$ US. (See below)
- I have contacted the buyer telling them there might have fees collected at the reception. (brokeage /tariff fees?). They accepted and understood.
I will update this thread to tell you how it goes. Will go bring it to the UPS store tomorrow to make sure it is going to pass the border after the 29 of August. It's a test, and I don't care paying any fees if there's a problem. I want to see how it goes.

Further, if CBP determines that an importation is part of a series of importations carried out or planned for purposes of evading compliance with preference requirements, the importer may be required to submit a certification of origin.

·5 months agoSo now that its March 2026. How is everyones experience with UPS so far. Still the same issues with UPS charging crazy brokeage fees and charging the customer? I feel like there are notes on EBAY for when US buyers purchase that customs and duites are borune by the buyer.

·10 months agoI had an item to ship when Canada Post called the strike. Customer said they were fine with me substituting Canada Post with UPS. I explained that they should only accept if they are okay with a possible high brokerage charge, that I had no way to know what it owuld be, they agreed.
I printed the UPS label with eBay labels. DVD (informational materials), proper HTS code, COI Germany. $59.99 CAD item ($80 CAD shipped).
It hasn't been dropped off with UPS yet. They messaged me to let me know they pre-paid the fees. UPS sent them a payment request. It was $24 USD in brokerage and $2.62 USD in government fees.
Customer was not upset because I got them ready for the idea that fees could be high.
My question, what's up with this? How is there a $24 brokerage fee to collect $2.62? Is there a way to ship through UPS that won't result in this kind of charge for informational materials like DVDs and CDs?
I tested it on Chit Chats to see what they might charge because they are also a courier, they estimated it at $0 in duties with only their typical brokerage fee.
UPS doesn't even have the package, so they assessed this purely on the electronic data sent to them when the label was created. Is there anything I can do to prevent this kind of brokerage charge?

·10 months agoHigher UPS tiers supposedly include the brokerage fees in the cost. I don't know if that includes some of the newly announced fees or not as I'm not shipping to the USA right now. You can't access them on eBay, but you can on Click Ship.

·10 months agoMy experience so far: My sales are to the US at like 99.99%. So I will loose majorly with the tariffs. So far shipped six parcels. Had to use UPS because cheaper than FedEx and don't want to use Canada Post bevause they charge duties to the seller and removed themselves from ebay.ca. Had to update shipping on all my items because UPS is double from Canada Post. Three packages delivered, no issues. Two packages on their way. The sixth one was in UPS warehouse for 10 days "pending government agency release". Now is being returned to me "because there's no country of origin form". Which, obviously, is not required through ebay. No recourse, can't use the same label. etc. So so far I am out $18. Will try to resend with the country of origin form that the UPS rep emailed me. Very unfortunate and probably not many sales will happen in the future unless the tariffs are rolled back.

I think it's clear now that if our items are made in a CUSMA zone, even though we technically don't need a Cert of Org form on the parcel of the value is under $2500, we should put one on anyway. At least, until the couriers etc get used to processing so many parcels being heavily scrutinized due to tariffs, that is. I have been including one this whole time, and out of 9 shiments already arrived I have not had any issues or extra fees *so far*. I've already been invoiced for 7 of them, 2 more should be invoiced by tomorrow (2 via UPS, the rest Purolator), and 8 more in transit. Fingers crossed...

OP11 months agoBad news. The customer now tell me they received a bill by mail by UPS for brokerage fees of 10$USD, which I think is the minimum charged by UPS.
So, it seem UPS will not be a good option at all for us. We don't want our customers to receive fees days later by mail. I suggest other sellers to be very careful using it.

·11 months agoBe happy it's only $10, but as a buyer I think I'd be pretty upset at this if I thought there was a way I could get my items without paying tariffs. (Not saying the buyer is right to be upset, just that's their point of view).

I might try using Chit Chat Select (DDP) to the United States. I have to ship in my items, but the amount would be about the same as charged by UPS excluding the brokerage fees... Well... with my latest test for the customer's address and same item.
I don't want my customers to have this kind of surprises.

·11 months agoOuch!!! On no, so sorry this happened! 😞 I'm wondering about that fee... was the parcel sent via UPS "Standard"? There's that flat $10 broker fee UPS announced on parcels valued under $200, but only when Standard service is used. I'm guessing that since you bought the label via Ebay (and clearly Ebay does not include that fee in the label price!), UPS was unable to charge you directly for it, and so charged your buyer instead. How aggravating!! Well I'm wondering now if the same is going to happen with me via NetParcel, I guess I'll be finding out very soon.

·11 months agoYeah, I think this is going to catch a lot of Canadian sellers and US buyers off guard.
I know in my own experience as a buyer from US to Canada, that sometimes Fedex bills import fees after the fact by sending you an invoice in the mail.
It's very fun with large purchases that I know are coming with Fedex, because I get the one month period where I get to convince myself that I somehow won the lottery by not having to pay brokerage fees. Then I get the dreaded invoice letter in the mail.
I assume other couriers like UPS do this as well. I don't know what distinction there is that causes it to be billed before delivery, or weeks later.
Give it a few weeks and I think we will see a few threads "buyer angry over massive import fee". My only question would be whether these can get billed back to the seller the same way the fees from a refused delivery can since they are the same fees just billed at a later date.

·11 months agoTwo shipments arrived yesterday via Purolator Ground. Each spent 4 days at customs. One has already been invoiced so I'm assuming no extra fees are coming, the other hasn't been invoiced just yet. Maybe tomorrow.
One via UPS Standard, cost about CAD $12.50 via NetParcel, 3 days at customs, delivered today (hopefully I'll be able to test this with Ebay shipping soon as well). No sign of extra fees being charged yet - I'm mainly curious if the new $10 flat broker fee for this service is going to be added on... it looks like Ebay may be automatically including it(?) with since shipping cost is around CAD $22. Will update ASAP.

OP11 months agoThe label has been charged to my account. At the moment, no extra fees. It's the exact amount I paid for the label.
I will still wait a bit before confirming that this a successful test. Sometime, more fees comes later down the road.

For the Origin Criterion (Section 7) on the first page, refer to the following link and pages 4-4 and 4-5 under the heading Article 4.2 Originating Goods.

You have to declare - under Origin Criterion - where your item was produced. For example:
A) Items made in North America with North American parts - use Letter 'A'
B) Items made in North America with some foreign parts - use Letter 'B'
C) Items made in North America with all foreign parts - use Letter 'C'
D) Items that don't fall under the previous 3 categories - use Letter 'D'
I am not an import lawyer, so I am just giving you my unqualified, unexpert, layman understanding. You have to do your own research of course to make sure you are doing it correctly.

OP11 months agoJust got news from the buyer. No fees were requested by UPS at all.
My next step: Waiting for the label to be charged in my ebay account. I will then post if there's any extra (hidden?) fees for me on this order.
Please note that my item was a magazine made in USA. When I will get the final charge on my account, I will make a summary.

·11 months ago@chicweb thank you so much for starting this thread and detailing this for all of us! I have some news to add that so far may inspire some hope. All are items I've made here in Canada, I've opted to be billed for any customs fees, all have certificates of origin on outside of parcels, all shipped via NetParcel.
1 parcel via Purolator Ground (they hand off to UPS at the border BTW) - delivered Aug. 29, already invoiced by NetParcel, no duty fees.
1 parcel via UPS Worldwide Expedited - delivered Sep 3, not yet invoiced by NetParcel, but no indication via tracking of any extra charges yet.
2 parcels via Purolator due to be delivered tomorrow. 8 more in transit (including 1 by UPS Standard) that have all cleared customs already, no sign of charges yet on any of them. I just shipped 2 more last night that are valued between $40-$80 CAD, the rest have all been around $20-$30 CAD.

OP11 months agoMagazine was around 25$ (old magazine from the '70s), packaged in a rigid envelop with cardboard for protection and making sure it would not get plied in the process.
The packaging should not make any differences for custom. The price of the item is important only if tariff/duties must be paid. In this case, none was requested to the customer.
No certificate of origin was attached. I will see when I will be charged if the brokerage fee will be taken from my account or simply not charged at all. Magazine (4902.90.00) was Made in USA bought using eBay label.
Note that for Medias (Magazines, CDs, DVDs, etc), it seem there's exceptions for tariffs/Duties. That might have played, in this situation.

·11 months agoI'm slightly surprised UPS didn't try to get their cut with a small brokerage fee. I was under the asumption that was automatic, regardless of tariffs. Hopefully we can hear some more stories from sellers. Right now it seems like a circus on the UPS reddit with all the horror stories of exorbitant fees, some of the items coming from Canada.

·11 months agoI use Netparcel and buy a label by selecting UPS Standard.
So far, 2 orders sent to the USA with no customs charges or tariffs applied.
I might get an invoice in the mail in the future IDK or maybe Netparcel will charge my account at some point IDK, but for now, seems to be OK as long as the item is less than $20 USD and it falls under the CUSMA aggreement.
Of note, I didn't put an invoice attached to the outside of the envelope because I already electronically filled in the country of origin and price and HS code. And more importantly, although I know the item was manufacturered in the USA, I don't know the manufacturer's address and phone number, so I couldn't put it in even if I wanted to.
Even if you follow ALL THE RULES, if the US customs (or any other customs agency) wants to flag your item, they will find a reason to do so. I understand the desire to comply, but you have to understand that no matter how much you comply, they will always develop new rules to push you out of complience. My point is that while you should try to comply, if you can't find the manufacturer's information, you shouldn't tear yourself apart with guilt. Just send the package anyways even if it's not 100% perfectly in compliance.
Again, I am not saying to ignore the rules. Try your best and send the package because if you send nothing, you will definitely lose.

OP11 months agoThe order shows as "Delivered" today. No news from the customer about fees charged from UPS at the door.
If there was, they seem to have accepted it. I messaged the buyer to get more information and I will let you all know if I receive an answer.

·11 months agoIf I recall, it will usually show on the UPS tracking page if a payment is owed and/or made. That is one way that you might be able to verify.

·11 months agoIf we are willing to wait just 60 days or less, the tariffs will be removed.
He doesn't have the authority to declare an endless national emergency and therefore he doesn't have the authority to impose tariffs on everything that comes into the country at whichever rate he feels like applying.
If the courts granted any President such authority, then think of all the havoc that would be created when every new administration was allowed to apply whatever tariff penalties they felt like enacting. It would be a new economic disaster every 4 years.

·11 months agoHe'll just apply most of them under some other justification which will get tied up in court for another year or two, and it probably won't change the agreements he's already made with various countries. He could also apply a high package processing fee for everything coming into the USA that makes it impossible for anything low value to be sent. He could strongarm congress to put his tariffs into law. I don't know if he'd succeed with that or not, but he's managed to on other things so far.
The bottom line is that hanging hopes on them going away seems unwise.

·11 months agoAccording to Stallion, if the manufacturer is defunct (and you're selling vintage items), you can't use their DDP service. I wonder how many people will get caught up with that.
I have a few defunct manufacturers in my Stallion profile (some are recently defunct so I was able to find the address without much ado). I recently googled "where were Scotland Masonic tokens minted" to figure out which mint was responsible for these, I have quite a few in my store.
I think there's going to be some guesswork. Anyway US store is back online, let's see if there's any US sales to go with it. I have items located in Canada so buyers know it's international now, that will probably scare off quite a few buyers.

·11 months agoThey were approximately $150 CDN per parcel, Poland or UK COO. I dont think the buyers are aware yet so I do not know how much UPS is charging them.
Both scanned 2 days before August 29th at UPS, so I wasn't expecting duties yet.

·11 months agoWe only get a duty exemption under USMCA if the item is made in Canada. Otherwise, duty is based on the country of origin (where it's made, not where it ships from). So if made in UK, it's tariffed under the UK trade agreement at whatever that percent may be. If shipped from the UK but was made in Canada, it falls under USMCA and would be duty-free. The $800 de minimis exemption was removed worldwide, so literally everyone is feeling this pinch.
Also, the new duty rules didn't apply to when the parcel was shipped out, it applied to when it's delivered. So anything arriving at the border on or after the 29th (or was it the 30th?) would have duty in effect. 😕

·11 months agoJust shipped some of my handmade imitation jewelry (HS 7117.19, valued about $30 CAD) to the USA today with UPS via Worldwide Expedited service. I used NetParcel as I always do, which creates a Commercial Invoice and submits it electronically by default, so no worries there. I was able to select to have my NetParcel account be billed for any duty fees if any are charged (DDP). However they don't provide a Certificate of Origin, nor a way to upload one, so I attached my own to the outside of the parcel - even though for a shipment valued at less than $2500, one should not be needed. The employee at the UPS Store said that this should be fine, when I dropped off the parcel.
I'm using that service specifically because effective yesterday, UPS is now supposedly charging $10 on "Standard US" (the cheapest one), and will be charging $2.50 for all Express services in Sept. This is in addition to any other fees they may be charging.
According to NetParcel, there is a $21.50 fee for "customs processing", but it's not clear how and where it may apply. I couldn't find rererence to this anywhere at UPS. Will update if I do.
Regardless, I think I may be removing an UPS options. Their structure is so sneaky about fees that I can't in good conscience keep giving them my business. So far Purolator has been great - had an order delivered (exact same product) yesterday, and no word yet of any duty charges. Also no hidden fees yet, but again I will update here if anything happens. I also attached a COO to the outside of the parcel, just in case.

Purolator does not have a flat customs clearance fee for shipments to the USA; the cost is a combination of duties and taxes levied by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on the product itself, plus potential brokerage fees charged by Purolator to handle the import process.
(Old system where buyer paid above. Now you will have to pay in advance on behalf of your buyer.)
Customs Clearance & Brokerage for Export Shipments
Shippers in Canada will enjoy preferred customs clearance charges when they elect to pay the customs clearance charges for Purolator Express® U.S. and Purolator Express® Ground U.S. shipments to the U.S. that are cleared by Purolator’s default broker.
Assigning a Customs Broker for U.S. Shipments
When shipping to the U.S. with the Purolator Ground® U.S. service, you have the option of selecting your own customs broker. The customs broker must be a licensed U.S. customs broker and be able to clear Purolator shipments moving through our delivery network. If a customs broker is not assigned on the commercial invoice or bill of lading, we will assign an approved customs broker on your behalf according to the Purolator Terms and Conditions of Service.
Note: Customers are not able to select an alternate customs broker for Purolator Express® U.S. and Purolator Express® International shipments as all customs clearance will be performed by Purolator’s designated broker.
It just suggests in several places to confirm if or how much customs clearance will be on US shipments to contact them in advance of sending. From past personal experience Purolator ground methods to the USA were usually more expensive in comparison to UPS or even Fedex Ground. New concern would be how much extra would it be for the customs clearance charges?)

·11 months ago@chicweb - as @lotzofuniquegoodies shared, Purolator's rates for customs clearance are not flat, and so difficult to assume. But their service rates are generally comparable to UPS. I've been using NetParcel to get discounted rates for both, and they're extremely reasonable, averaging ~$16.50 CAD for Purolator USA Ground (lower 48 only, I think) on a small parcel about 27x20x2cm from Winnipeg. UPS compares at ~$13 CAD for USA Standard (definitely lower 48 only)... but no word yet if the new flat $10 fee on UPS Standard shipments is going to be applied after-the-fact on NetParcel monthly invoices. I'm thinking it might be, because every other 3rd-party shipper service that provides UPS rates has USA Standard starting ~$23 CAD. I might risk doing a shipment that way just to be sure.
Since the 24th, 2 of my 3 Purolator parcels (containing USMCA-compliant products only) shipped via NetParcel have already been delivered in the USA, and so far no mention of customs fees. Mind you, I have no idea what Netparcel's billing cycle is, it could be weeks before I see if any charges are owing. But there technically shouldn't be any, since I also attached a Certificate of Origin to the outside of the parcel (not required for value under $2500 but I did it anyway). My UPS Expedited (also USMCA-ok) only got picked up today, so I'll know by Thurs if it's delivered without incident. As for duty charges, it might take longer before I find out.
@mrdutch1001 - Adding to my previous comment in this thread: the $21.25 fee is in USD per line-item on the Commercial Invoice for CUSMA packages, charged by NetParcel for shipments via UPS that come from the USA to Canada. This fee applies regardless of the item value or service level. I've messaged them to further clarify if it's a fee they charge on shipments travelling the other way as well, but it doesn't sound like it is.

·11 months agoDuring the CP postal disruption there several months back, I did use Purolator(NetParcel via PayPal) for shipments to the USA...it was more expensive than CP Tracked Packet, but was doable and worked well...
BUT, now I am not shipping to the USA period! I am not pre-paying Trump Tariffs and I am not risking getting billed later for any additional costs, fees,etc...

·11 months ago@vintagenorth Don' t know if you can right-click to download this, but here goes. There is no standard form, but this is the one that I use because it has all the 9 required elements, plus some more.
The Cert only applies if the item was made in Canada, the USA or Mexico (can consist of materials made outside those regions, but there are special rules for that). You can also locate at any couriers website doing a forms search. Unfortunately CP does built it in as add on. (From personal experience it's best used by a manufacturer vs a reshipper. You can request from a supplier.....If they are still around.)

I just updated my rate tables and shipping policy to include a $10 handling fee for the aggravation of navigating all this and filling in required paperwork, and I set the base fee for the first 100g to $35 via FedEx. I also stated in my shipping policy page that no US sales are final until a shipping quote has been provided and accepted. That should put the brakes on sales until the dust settles a bit, and reduce my exposure to backcharges etc.
Now I just have to worry about shipping a $100 car audio piece that was made in Thailand. Gaaah! Purchase was made before the policy changes, so the shipping rate is going to change too. I am tempted to encourage the buyer to cancel her purchase rather than tempt fate.
I'm looking forward to seeing some positive news on this thread soon, though. US buyers made up close to 1/2 of my sales!

I'll do some prayers and maybe sacrifices to help during the wait period.
Next update: When it goes through the border. Should be sometime next week, because it's a drop spot, next monday is a national holiday and I don't know when the driver will pick it up.

·11 months agoUPS>it has been reported by sellers on my other selling site that a CUSMA processing fee may be applicable, with the UPS Fee of $21.25 USD per line item on the customs invoice...hopefully someone can verify that...

OP11 months agoWeird since less than 2500$ USD, no certificate of origin should be needed at all for CUSMA compliance.
I will see what happen with this experiment. If I get billed in a month (when eBay takes the final amount for the label), I will also let people know.
Until then, we might have other shipping options available. (Canada Post + Zonos on Ebay, eIS). Will see.

OP11 months agoI tested this same order on Chit Chat with their new DDP to see the fees.
The customer paid 19.92$ of shipping (with 10$ that will be requested) with UPS.
With Chit Chat DDP: 9.92$. I have to ship in my item (add 7$. Less per item if consolidated in a box sent to Chit Chat).
16,92$.
So here's a possible solution for me until eIS is here. Use UPS as calculated shipping for United States, Use Chit Chat with Ship in. Even with the added purolator fees to send Chit Chat the order, it seem it will be less expensive than UPS and no fees requested at the door.
Note that this is with a Magazine made in USA. Tariffs might not be included on the 9,92$ because not needed in this case. Other items might be different.
The only possible problem = delay. The estimated dates can be a bit off.

·11 months agoFedEx does the sneaky mailed invoice, they are getting better now, sometimes I get notification on the tracking page to pay prior to delivery. If you open a website account with them they can charge your cc automatically based on the delivery address. They are not as good as UPS in this area still.
UPS always has the payment link on the tracking, they even send text messages and automated phone calls regarding charges to be paid. I don't remember ever having received an unexpected invoice from them in the mail. They ask for payment at the door if you don't pay ahead of time.

·11 months agoIf it's a low value magazine like under $40 or so you can expect your buyer to get the minimum $10 brokerage fee. I think companies like UPS and FedEx will be making sure they collect their fees at every opportunity they can, even if there are no tariffs and the item is made in the USA.
When US ebay buyers purchase right now there is a window that explains they will be charged duties/brokerage fees and may be charged tariffs and even has a link to their tariff page so they can't say they weren't warned.

·11 months ago50 U.S.C. § 1702(b)(3) is a section of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (IEEPA) that creates exceptions to U.S. President-imposed sanctions, specifically exempting certain "information or informational materials" from duties, regardless of commercial nature. These materials include publications, films, artwork, music, and digital media.
With all that said, hopefully your magazine will be in the clear!

Headings 9903.01.22, 9903.01.12, 9903.01.03, and 9903.01.31 describe informational materials, including but not limited to, publications, films, posters, phonograph records, photographs, microfilms, microfiche, tapes, compact discs, CD ROMs, artworks, and news wire feeds.
Goods properly classified under the following headings and subheadings of the HTSUS may qualify for the exception under 9903.01.22, 9903.01.12, 9903.01.03, and 9903.01.31: Chapter 49; goods provided for in headings 3704, 3705, 3706, 5807, 8310, and 9701 through 9705, inclusive; goods provided for in subheadings 6307.90.30, 6307.90.85, 8523.80.10, 8523.29, 8523.41, 8523.49, 9405.61, and 9405.69.
When I attempted to purchase postage label just now on Chitchat's website, the tarrif rate for postage stamps (HTS 9704.00.00.00) with country of origin being Canada was quoted as 35%. I thought the exemption covers items in headings 9701 through 9705. Stamps are in heading 9704.

·11 months agoTry HTS code 8523.49.4000 (movies) or 8523.49.3000 (music CDs). Media appears to be duty free on both Chit Chats and Zonos (Canada Post). I have not tested this for vinyl or video games. It doesn't seem to matter if the COI is Canada, USA, Mexico, or even Japan.
But it appears that you don't need to use an informational materials HTS code to get the exemption.
It should be noted that despite being duty free, both have additional processing fees ($2 for Chit Chats, $4 for Zonos). With the margins on media being very slim, this might be a consideration for some sellers.

·11 months agoAmong the 'sanctions' the IEEPA authorizes the president to impose, tariffs are not mentioned. That is the issue currently before the US Supreme Court. Lower courts have already ruled against the government on this issue.

·11 months agoWhen you send your digital media to the USA, do you currently put the CUSMA declaration form attached to your package? I am just wondering if you don't, are your packages recently getting held up at the border?

·11 months agoI just got a sale from the US as well (very surprising with the shipping cost/item cost with UPS). I'm going to risk it as well. I messaged them letting them know I can't confirm if or any additional charges they will incur on delivery (Item is "produced" in Puerto Rico, in my case), and they were good with it.

·11 months agoSold a 60$ backpack. Told customer there will be tariffs and fees. Customer said it’s ok. UPS charged him 90$ usd in tariffs and a ‘brokerage fee’. The brokerage fee was 45 usd. Buyer filed a chargeback. I lost the case.
No more UPS til something changes.

OP11 months agoFor 45$ of brokage, I guess they had some work to do. If they charged tariff, it might not have been USCMA compliant.

·11 months agoAs you likely know, the de minimus removal started with China. The rest of the world gets hit with same removal this Friday. Couriers like UPS charge high fees on top of tariffs. Until and if that changes I won’t be using them. If you get a better outcome I would like to know.
Personally I will wait for the eBay/Canada Post solution of collection tariffs from buyers at checkout. Or if chit chats works something out but looks like they are strictly DDP from now on.

OP11 months agoSince my item should be compliant USCMA without the need of a certification, It shouldn't, logically, have tariffs/duties. Only the brokage fees (if they decide to request it from recipient).
I think the mimimum would be around 10$? Not sure.
I will let everyone know here how it goes.

·11 months agoIn fairness, I can see why PayPal doesn't offer seller protection for refused shipments in general, as the seller can't ethically keep the refused item and the buyer's money, but the fact that it's no longer eBay's payment processor means it doesn't have its ear to the ground as closely as it should for international sales and their complexities. But if the tracking information doesn't provide the reason for the refusal of the package, there's no way of knowing that tariffs and customs-related fees were the reasons for the refusal, which means there's a chance that your buyer could have filed a case through eBay and been successful that way, too.
Sorry this happened to you. That's pretty scummy of the buyer to nod and say "yup-yup-yup" when advised of charges on delivery, but I'm getting the sense from your posts and others like it that US buyers who agree to paying tariffs and sundry fees upon receipt have no idea what they're getting themselves into. Never fear, Karma will bite them below the tailbone at some point.
One small point, if I may: I believe the term "chargeback" only refers to disputes for charges made to a credit card or US-style debit card. There's no such thing as a "PayPal chargeback," as far as I know.

And, as a bonus, if there's any problems (customer refuse the fees), I will even document what happened, what I did, if I contact eBay about questions for refunds in this scenario, everything.
So, let's wait and see.
