Shipping and Payment policies not an option when listing

Question

New seller here.When I "sell simliar item" or "create a new listing", my payment and shipping policies are no longer coming up in the dropdowns.  It tells me to create a new policy. The policies I created were working fine up to this point. I have tried Google and Safari, I have tried logging out/in, I have checked my policies and personal information, I have cleared my history and cache and I have tried revisting listing from drafts. I would appreciate any guidance. Thank you!

Are you creating a listing from ebay.com, or from a .com listing instead of from the ebay.ca Canada website? This is one cause of no business policies being in the drop down, because your policies are on ebay.ca instead.
