Shipping policies rate tables not working
It appears that my shipping policies rate tables are no longer working and I lost quite a bit on an undercharge to a remote location. Can someone who uses rate tables please check theirs to see if they are still working for them? A couple of postal codes I checked with are A0A 3X0 and V0X 1W0.

·1 month agoIt appears rural postal codes are no longer being recognized as rural addresses. That's definitely a problem.

·5 months agoI have tons of problems with shipping rate tables. They're often wrong about rural addresses so the buyer gets charged the urban rate when they live in a village with a population of 100 or so families. Sometimes it doesn't apply the shipping rate table at all when I have it connected to the selected shipping method of a listing but it charges the base rate when it's going halfway across the country to a province I have an upcharge for. Also, you can't delete shipping policies at all which is ridiculous. I have hundreds of ebay generated policies from years ago that are cluttering up the UI.

The key is that you can only delete a policy if it is NOT in use.

·1 month agoI have tons of policies with no listings. I know a delete button exists. When I press it the policies don't get deleted.

·6 months agoThis happened to me a few days ago as well. Buyer was charged $10. I had to ship it with a small flat rate box because everything else was much, MUCH worse.
