Shipping Rates Not Calculating for International Customers With Discounted Rates

My listing will not show any Calculated Rates for International Customers for any shipping serrice when Ebay discounted rates are selected in Shipping Preferences. They do show if i switch to regular rates.

Canadian rates display with either selected.

Please help - Thx

There seems to be all sorts of issues with the discounted rates right now. You're posting about this to several threads, so you're probably getting that sense now, too.
