Shipping Tab shows Ships To - Worldwide despite selecting Domestic and Ships to United States only?
I would like to ship to Canada and the US only. My listing under the Shipping Tab is showing Worldwide, despite only selecting a domestic service and "ships to United States " for the one international shipping service. I did exclude all other countries, but would prefer to have the shipping not show worldwide and just show Canada and US. Any ideas ?

OP3 years agoWas not able to solve the issue in the original listing but listed another item today and it worked as expected. Thanks to all who replied.

·3 years agoPO boxes are the safest addresses you can use, since the owner either has a key or must present ID to pick up at the counter.
And many are using the new FlexDelivery service (FREE!) to avoid porch pirates. This looks like a very strange PO Box number. To say nothing of those who only are allowed Community Mail Boxes.

·3 years agoClick on your listing, click on revise (top left). On the listing page in the international shipping section click on the arrow to the right of ships worldwide, click on destination, then check off United States. Click on done, scroll to the bottom and click on revise.
Since you are using a postal service, there is no real reason to block PO Boxes.

OP3 years agoAppreciate the quick help from pjcdn2004 and reallynicestamps. I removed the PO Box exclusion as suggested.
When revising the listing in the International shipping service box for ExpressPost USA I have selected "Ships to: Unitied States", but the "Ships To:" line below item location still shows Worldwide. The dropdown change countries box are correct.
Did I miss something or maybe a bug in the revise form?

·3 years agoHave you checked under your Shipping Policies that the worldwide isn't automatically set to default.
If you only have one shipping policy set up you can make an additional Canada and US only Shipping Policy (I do this also). After you've made your changes (or set up a new policy) it will ask you "Apply to existing listings" make sure you check that part off as yes or the changes will only apply on anything new you do after the changes.

·3 years agoNope, I started getting the same thing a while ago. As advised, the only way to change it is to revise after it is up. It is a definite bug, we should not have to do this extra step.
I started to use shipping policies so that I don't have that problem.
Of course shipping policies has its own bug. If I select a policy to use but want to change the shipping amount, there is an option to edit the cost for that listing only but it will not work when initially listing. I end up once again having to revise the listing after it is either live or scheduled.
