I would like to ship to Canada and the US only. My listing under the Shipping Tab is showing Worldwide, despite only selecting a domestic service and "ships to United States " for the one international shipping service. I did exclude all other countries, but would prefer to have the shipping not show worldwide and just show Canada and US. Any ideas ?

Click on your listing, click on revise (top left). On the listing page in the international shipping section click on the arrow to the right of ships worldwide, click on destination, then check off United States. Click on done, scroll to the bottom and click on revise. Since you are using a postal service, there is no real reason to block PO Boxes.
