Does anyone have any true information as to why US Customs is rejecting Canada Post parcels? I cannot print a label for a customer in the USA one day after sale as this change has taken place. See attachment, labelled as Cover Photo. If you cannot see my attachment... The message at the top of the 'Get Shipping Label' screen reads: "Due to changes in US customs regulations, all Canada Post services to the US and Puerto Rico are disabled."
