Stallion and ChitChats shipments status as of today Feb 5 | Selling

If I understand correctly, for new shipments Chinese products, both Stallion and Chitchats stopped accepting them as of now (Feb 5) How about new shipments Non-Chinese products? Is it now okay to ship with both Chitchats and Stallion? Do I need to put a copy of proof for country of origin, if nothing marked on the product, attach printed email in the package? (e.g. a product I sold has no information about country of manufacture but I emailed the manufacturer and got email confirmation about product being made in Spain ..) Existing shipments Chinese made products - both Stallion and Chitchats still working to process, Stallion already indicated how they plan to process tariff payment on the account. Existing shipments non-Chinese made products - Stallion requires an email with proof of country of origin. Chitchats, no word from them whether they need something? They (Stallion) didn't mention if they also need this for new shipments going forward, only mentions existing shipments.
