Hello!
Hope this message finds you all well. I am just looking for a little guidance. I have googled this, used eBay online chat, and I still do not have my solution. I am trying to retrieve 2024 tax invoices SUMMARY download. The reports available to me are all of 2025 and only September-December 2024. I have been trying to retrieve SUMMARY and not details download for January-August 2024. When I changed the dates available to the months that I need in "transaction reports", it does not give those chosen month to view under the tax invoices/credit notes tab. I do not want the large, detailed spreadsheet. I only want the SUMMARY download tax invoices. Hope that makes sense. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance!

·6 months agoIf it's any consolation (Ha!), my list of Tax Invoices only goes back to September 2024 as well.
Fortunately I download them each quarter to file my GST returns for CRA.

In one of the emails we received it included access to a PDF version. From my luck with the other version it displays like a dogs breakfast so totally useless. When I open it says generated by eBay Jan 27. 2025
For the 2024 version you may have to do a deep dive either thru your eBay email folder or if you have them sent also to a personal addy. It arrived VERY late in 2025. Nov maybe??

In the last couple of months eBay initiated that seperate credit invoice, there are now two Tax invoices per month.
During the process of adding this Feature????? they messed with the time frames for showing Tax Invoices prior to Sept 2024.
Intentional or mistake?

No, unfortunately not. I have looked through all of it. I am on hold with online chat again and he doesn't even know. 😣 I will keep waiting and see if he can figure this out for me. If he does I'll post the solution just in case someone else needs assistance with this. Thank you though!
