TCG sellers, help me with shipping to the PSA Vault in behalf of a buyer. | Selling

Buyer wants me to send their order to the PSA Vault in Delaware. Canada Post has returned the package back to me twice in a row, claiming that the address doesn't exist. I've triple checked the address, it's the correct address (address is publicly listed on their website but I don't know if posting it here will cause a filter to go off).Anyone else have experience doing this and why is Canada Post refusing the package?
