I’m a seller on eBay, and most of my orders are shipped through my own carrier, which eBay doesn’t track. As a result, my account has been restricted under MC011. Although the orders have been successfully delivered, eBay still shows them as "in transit."
How can I provide proof to eBay that all the orders have been delivered so they can lift the restriction on my account?
In the past, I contacted all the buyers and asked them to leave feedback to help build confidence with eBay, but only a few responded.

·9 months agoAs a new seller on eBay(less than 8 months) as per your user ID, I suspect the restriction is more likely to be the fact you are still considered a "new" seller and you are selling higher value items and new sellers have restrictions on the amount of sales $ and number of items that can be listed/sold until eBay is satisfied that all is well and good...

·9 months agoAre you sure that's the reason for being restricted? eBay generally doesn't require tracking, at least here in Canada. Lots of people here ship large volumes of things by lettermail with no tracking.
What carrier are you using?
