A potential customer yesterday said they went to put in an offer and this warning popped up: They then said they don't feel safe buying if there might be extra charges and inquired how much they might be to calculate it into their offer. I assured them that we use Canada Post and all charges are paid up front and included in our posted flat rate Shipping Fee. They said they are only comfortable if they can pick-it up in person as they were hesitant of extra postage fees. We let them know our location and they might drive but it's a distance so they are not sure. This warning is inaccurate and requires correcting. This is a lost $750 sale and who knows how many others who didn't bother to get in touch. This is lost eBay revenue as well. Any word on when this will be updated to reflect legal policy?
