Tine to sue UPS/Fedex over brokerage charges; again
UPS was sued over this twice in the past and lost both times, but rapacious charges, e.g. $36 U.S. for a 79gram envelope with $30 worth of oroduct, makes them SO much money on ground shipments, being sued is nothing. They need to lose $100M over this, then they might rethink it. But the jettisoning of canpost to the u.s. has really brought the problem to the fore.
Using UPS is a choice...use it or not...and just because eBay has made shipping to the USA a challenge by deactivating the integration with Canada Post, Canada Post is still a choice that can be utilized BUT shipping to the USA is also a choice> YOUR choice!
