Tracking issue with Dragonfly shipping - Help required
Summary: masoo-44 is experiencing issues with eBay not recognizing tracking updates from the courier Dragonfly, which isn't officially supported by eBay. masoo-44 seeks advice on how to manually verify delivery to resolve a payment hold. flipistics and john_koenig99 note that this issue occurs with various carriers, suggesting checking the original shipping service. ypdc_dennis mentions Intelcom as a possible identifier for Dragonfly, and reallynicestamps recommends using a third-party tracking site for faster updates. The discussion aims to find a solution for integrating tracking updates with eBay's system.
I recently shipped an item using a courier called Dragonfly and uploaded the tracking number to eBay. Unfortunately, the tracking information is not syncing with eBay’s system, and it is not showing as "delivered" on my account, even though the courier has confirmed delivery.
eBay is currently performing a verification process on this transaction and is requesting proof of delivery, but because eBay does not officially support Dragonfly as a carrier, the system is not recognizing the status. I have already spoken with an eBay agent who confirmed that Dragonfly is not integrated into their system.
Does anyone have advice on how to manually verify the delivery status or provide the necessary proof to eBay in this situation? Any guidance on how to resolve this so my funds are released would be greatly appreciated.

·2 days agoYou have to choose where you bought the label as the shipper. Even if you buy a CP label with 3rd party shipper, your tracking won't update for a couple of days if you choose CP instead of the 3rd party shipper. I use Stallion and had issues when I didn't select them as the shipper.

·2 weeks ago@marnotom! has a tracking URL that tracks almost all packages and faster than eBay.
I think it is called "parceltrack "or "parcelapp" . I've never needed it.
Do you need to prove tracking because of a claim by the buyer?
Do you need to prove tracking to keep your US TRS standing? Your Global TRS standing?

·2 weeks agoMy last Dragonfly delivery last week took over a day for eBay to update as delivered.
Dragonfly is the name rebranding of Intelcom (outside of Quebec).

·2 weeks ago · EditedIntelcom is also a last mile-service. The question is (as I stated below): Who is the main carrier ? (i.e., the one you purchased the shipping label from). They are the ones who should have the main tracking, and (hopefully) accepted by eBay.

·2 weeks agoDragonfly is a third party, last mile delivery service. What was the original shipping service (the one selected by the buyer)? Maybe they can provide more information that you can relay to ebay.

·2 weeks agoYeah, that's an issue with several carriers. I don't have access to Dragonfly where I am, but ICS also doesn't update, and Shipping Chimp labels going to the USA via eIS often register as USPS instead of Canada Post.
