Trying to start an Ebay account but it's not giving me the option of linking up my bank account? | Selling

Hello, I've been following all of the instructions and when I go to try and link my bank account to my ebay account I only get this option. I've added a credit card, but it still gives me no option to add a bank acocunt.What am I doing wrong?Any help would be appreciated! Thanks guys.
