UPS Discount not being calculated in the search results

Summary: chicweb has encountered an issue with their UPS shipping setup on eBay. While the correct discounted shipping price appears on the item page, the search results are showing a higher shipping cost. chicweb temporarily switched to Canada Post, which displays a more favorable rate, but expressed a desire for the UPS discounted rate to reflect correctly in the search results. They addressed the issue to Devon from eBay for further investigation.

Hello,

I've setup a business policy with the new UPS option as the first one for Canada.

It shows correctly on the item page (Here it was 13,11$). But when I do a search of my item, in the search results, it shows 35$.

I've waited a week and it still shows 35$ of shipping in the search results.

So, I guess @devon@ebay that the UPS discount we get with eBay is not beeing calculated on the search results, but only on the item page.

Temporarely, I have set Canada Post as the default, since it shows 15$ in the search result, which is better than 35$ 😉

But the best would be to have the UPS price to be working in the search results for Calculated Shipping.
