UPS Shipping Discount rate working fine on listing but not on Search Results

When I put UPS as my primary service for canadian buyers, it shows the undiscounted rates on the search results, but when I click on the listing, it shows the discounted rate ( see the two pictures attached for an example.)
When I select Canada Post as the Primary Service, the discounted rate works fine for both the search results and the listing.
As UPS is the best option for me when I am selling something heavier than 200g to a canadian buyer, this significately impact my listing placement in the search results.
