Vintage Hard drive (40lbs) to USA HS code 8471.70.50.65 ebay shipping label query

I specified 51 x 51 x 51 cm for a standard 20" cube UPS box which I will purchase from UPS. The ebay estimator shows ~$98 with insurance "up to $100" but I need $500. Will the ebay system allow me to enter this amount when I actually purchase the shipping label?

It says "Additional liability coverage" but it is greyed out

There is a checkbox on the ebay labels page under the heading "Package Protection" to add additiional coverage.
