Volume discounts
I just created a variation listing and would like to offer a discount if 3 or more items are purchased.
How do I go about doing this? I don't see the option in the marketing section.
Do I need to have an eBay store for this feature to be unlocked?

Help page on the subject attached. You may also be able to accomplish using business policies. There can be a bit of a learning curve to getting it to work to meet your requirements.

From personal experience it seems to work best for multiple quantities of same item. Your results may vary.
