What am I doing wrong re entering Zonos Declaration ID on Snap ship? | Selling

I use my phone for Zonos, take a picture of item, it then give me the Declaration ID and sends me an email. I complete the Snap Ship and when I go input the Declaration ID nothing happens, I took out the # and it told me it was invalid so I put it back. Help what is going on?
