What is eBay doing to support Sellers due to the CP work action?
Summary: wecango88 is seeking information on eBay's support for sellers affected by a labor action involving Canada Post, indicating that they haven't received any communication from eBay and had to remove their listings. They express concerns about issues like Item Not Received (INR) claims and negative feedback affecting sellers. chicweb responds by sharing a link to an announcement on eBay's community page, which details eBay's measures such as assisting with Late Shipment Defects and possibly removing negative feedback if tracking is provided and has a physical scan from the carrier.
Hello,
I cannot find any information regarding eBay supporting Sellers during the CP work action. Did I just miss it? I have not received any email from them. I removed all my listings on November 15 due to not having the time to research shipping costs with other carriers.
Two weeks on now from November 15, and I have offered the Buyers of the few items stuck at CP facilities a refund on their shipping costs. I have some questions such as:
- When will Buyers be allowed to choose INR, is it the same 30 days?
- If a Buyer logs negative feedback, will eBay side with Sellers due to circumstances beyond our control?
Thanks!

What I understand by it:
- eBay will help for Late Shipment Defect. (Is that also for INR? I'm not sure. It's not the same thing).
- If a bad feedback is left and you have uploaded a tracking, they said they will remove it. But, one important part is that you need to have a physical scan from carrier.
