I shipped an item to a us buyer using EIS for the first time. The item arrived at the toronto hub and switched to a DHL label within 3 days. However, there has been no update since it switched to DHL tracking (Scanned into sack/container – Mississauga, ON), and it’s now been 7 business days.Does this mean it hasn’t even left canada yet? How long does it usually take before parcels start moving and delivering in the us?These are the questions the buyer messaged me, and I’m not sure how to answer. Any insight would be appreciated.
