I sold a pair of Nike shoes that haven't been shipped to me yet from the Nike website. I managed to sell them on eBay for the asking price. The only issue is that it says I have to ship within 3 business days despite the fact that I mention in the listing that it's a "pre-order item." I've been an eBay seller for a couple of months selling Pokemon cards and I never had an issue with any buyer. What will happen from thereon?
TL;DR: I sold a pre-order item and I left it at "3 business days" and I'm not sure what will happen from thereon.
EDIT: I tried to contact the buyer via eBay messages but it says I can't message them due to being an "authentication centre"

OP5 years agoI'm afraid if I cancel the order, they'll leave negative feedback since I cancelled the order. Is there any other solution other than cancelling the order? What if I made a label and filled in the tracking number there?
