Both my views and impressions are down about 35-40% this month from last. Despite listing multiple new items almost every day (over 20 new listings today for example).
I sell vintage radios. So the boxes for these radios are big and on the heavy side. You also you have to consider, that the shipping costs in Canada on all my listings is: Free Shipping in Canada. It also includes free to the Toronto Hub for those in the US.
BUT THEN - they get the International Shipping costs tacked on, which cannot be seen in Canada. I have checked the costs of my radios in the US and they are astronomical and that is why I do not get any sales from the US because any extra fees and or tariffs are added to the shipping cost in one lump sum so they are thus hidden from those that may consider a purchase.
Remember no De Minumus for the US or Canada either so there is also an import tax added as well for both sides.
And now if Canadians purchase from the US they are going to pay Carney's Canadian tariffs along with the Canadian import fees just like I did with the $15 added on to my recent and therefor last purchase from the US.
I still pine for the good old days - but it ain't gonna happen.
I find that more views I get more sales. I usually have 5 to 6 sales a week and this month I have only had 5 over the 11 days. Last month I had 31 sales. That is OK, at least I am selling. Last year same time I would sell 48 to 60 per month.

·1 month agoFor the record, do you find Views correlate to sales?
Or is it just more information to worry about?
