Why can't I issue a refund??

Hello all,

I just discovered that a sale made can no longer be shipped, so I want to issue a full refund to the buyer. However, the "Refund" button will not activate!

I read over, managing-returns-refunds/refunding-buyers and I don't see any issues that should be affecting my ability to issue a refund.

What is going on?

I believe you have found a corollary to Murphy's Law "Any thing that can go wrong , will."

The corollary being "Asking how to do something will immediately make the answer obvious."

Never mind, I believe I need to cancel the order first. 🙂
