My guess: Coins is on the restricted items or categories list. If you don't have a shipping method setup for USA, EIS is not enabled on this so there is no shipping method, but you don't have USA excluded so they see that message.

My mistake, had a bad location set I think when I first checked and it didn't show shipping when I went to .com. Not sure why I thought it was an EIS question though...been playing around with EIS too much lately.

The EIS was a good thought, though; many folks don't realize the number of categories that cannot be shipped by EIS -- when something does not work, that is certainly worth checking.

Edit. Never mind; finally found it. It shows "Out of Stock", as indicated.
And yes, no eIS. Shipping via CP, UPS or FedEx available.
