Will unused shipping label be charged (not scanned)

I accidently created 2 shipping labels for a single item (both using Fedex Ground shipping service). One of them is not used. Will I get refund for the unused shipping label or not? From eBay article, it seems I have to cancel the label but it says: "This shipping label does not need to be voided because we'll charge you only once the shipping label has been used". What should I do now?

@devon@ebay Can you assist this user please? It appears ebay has removed the void process for labels. This was/is a necessary evil when it comes to voiding/cancelling an unused label in a timely manner especially now with the inconsistencies of label billing that seems to be ongoing.
