Would someone please tell me where to find how to refund a buyer? Buyer purchased several items without asking for combined shipping.

·3 years agoGo to the order details and select "send refund" from the list.

OP3 years agoI go to order details and there is no refund showing.

·3 years agoClick the drop down on the left, depending on where in the page the order is you may have to scroll down the list as "refund" is near the bottom.
This is NOT the Order details, you can't refund from there.

You are right! I stand corrected, I rarely look at the Order Details page, just use the Orders Pane of the Seller Hub Overview.
