Would someone please tell me where to find how to refund a buyer? Buyer purchased several items without asking for combined shipping.

Click the drop down on the left, depending on where in the page the order is you may have to scroll down the list as "refund" is near the bottom. This is NOT the Order details, you can't refund from there. @triber
